Margaret Mayer
Margaret is a multidisciplinary marketing, content production, and event production freelancer. She has a deep passion for research, investigative journalism, creating captivating content, building communities, and learning new skills.
For over three years Margaret has been managing accounts across numerous social media platforms. Examples of past clients include Don Tapscott and the Blockchain Research Institute.
She recently wrote and produced a 6 part audio documentary about an abusive troubled teen facility located in upstate New York. This led her to join the Warned Them Campaign, a nonprofit that focuses on ending institutional abuse through direct action. She currently serves as a campaign coordinator.

In addition to marketing, Margaret is also a performance artist, combining her passion for movement, poetry, and voice. While living in New York City, she produced two seasons of “Speakeasily: A Femme Focused Open Mic”. This served as a place for womxn to express themselves in a noncompetitive atmosphere, with a featured performer each show.
She currently lives on the road with her partner working remotely.
